Pertaringa Undercover Shiraz 2021 is a crowd-pleasing South Australian Shiraz that offers enticing aromas of plums and cherries, accompanied by notes of licorice, violet, and tar. On the palate, the wine showcases sturdy, albeit slightly tough, granular tannins. However, it maintains a pleasant freshness and abundant juicy fruit flavors.
